About the Role
Join Siemens Advanta as a Strategy Consulting Intern for a minimum duration of 10 weeks, contributing actively to a committed project team that supports you throughout your internship journey. This position is set for the period of August to September 2026, with ongoing recruitment on a rolling basis and regular updates available.
Note: Applicants must be enrolled at a university for the full length of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of customer needs and engage in comprehensive market and competitive research to underpin strategic decisions.
- Collaborate intensively with clients to create and implement customized business strategies and roadmaps that guide their long-term planning.
- Support specialist interviews and workshops by facilitating discussions and sharing expertise.
- Develop and prepare presentations for senior management that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Educationally, candidates should have completed at least four semesters of undergraduate studies with excellent academic standing or be pursuing an advanced degree such as a Master’s or Ph.D.
- At least one prior internship experience at a management consultancy, a distinguished industrial firm, or start-up focused on strategy, or have been involved in a student consultancy project.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in international settings during academic or professional tenure.
- Proficiency in both German and English at a minimum of C1 level.
- Demonstrated team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for collaborative environments.
