About the Role
This position is part of Google's Global Business Organization, specifically within the Product Go-to-Market (PGTM) team supporting Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). The role focuses on accelerating the YouTube Demand Generation business across the Americas, partnering with major advertisers to identify and drive new business opportunities. You will manage priorities for YouTube Demand Gen within ALCS and act as the key strategist and operations lead to ensure continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness, commercialization, and activation of DemandGen within ALCS, aligning with Go-to-Market business objectives, Business Forecast Meetings, Objectives and Key Results, and scaled marketing plays.
- Work with sector-level video leads to ensure YouTube activation strategies align with ALCS goals and track progress towards targets while disseminating product updates and feedback mechanisms.
- Help organize training sessions, events, and craft widespread communications to educate ALCS sales teams on activating new products with customers.
- Collaborate with Global Product Solutions leads and cross-functional partners to influence DemandGen product development, gather market feedback, define adoption goals, and articulate product value propositions.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum two years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity; or one year of experience if holding an advanced degree.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, convert unclear issues into clear problem statements, and exercise strong judgment in complex situations.
- Experience managing complex projects and datasets, defining project scopes, and delivering excellent operational outcomes.
- Skill in shaping strategic narratives and influencing industry perceptions through effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, especially how brands utilize DemandGen.

Compensation
Salary ranges for this role are approximately $96,000 - $98,500 CAD in Canada and $100,000 - $142,000 USD in the United States, along with around 15% bonus targets, equity, and benefits.
