Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategy Analyst with strong analytical and commercial skills to partner closely with senior leaders. This role involves steering strategic projects, aiding corporate growth, and refining marketing and market entry strategies in a fast-developing market sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing long-term company strategies.
- Carry out market and competitive research alongside customer insight analyses to uncover growth avenues.
- Evaluate industry developments in consumer products, water tech, and environmental domains.
- Collaborate with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition efforts, and branding initiatives.
- Construct detailed financial and operational models to support planning and strategic choices.
- Prepare presentations, board reports, and investment analyses for executives and investors.
- Track important business metrics and advise on improvements.
- Work cross-departmentally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on strategic initiatives.
- Help facilitate new product introductions, pricing approaches, and market growth strategies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience including strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity operations, corporate or growth strategy, or strategic marketing.
- Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel and financial modeling prowess.
- Proven skills in market data analysis and translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Highly organized, capable of managing several projects in a dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurially minded, interested in contributing to a private equity-backed high-growth enterprise.
Preferred Experience
- Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, water technologies, environmental services, sustainability, or industrial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, customer acquisition strategies, or brand management.
- Experience supporting executive teams or private equity stakeholders.
