Storekeeper

Position Overview

We are seeking a Storekeeper to join our specialty group, NIC Components, located at 5 Tai Seng Drive, Singapore. The role operates on a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping and receiving activities within the warehouse, including sorting, picking, packing, labeling, stock and cycle counting, and processing system receipts.
• Manage transportation and staging of products as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas.
• Update reports and monitor output efficiency regularly.
• Support warehouse management, inventory control processes, and logistics strategy development alongside the Operations team.
• Coordinate orders by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Enforce and maintain 6S housekeeping principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficient computer skills necessary to operate ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions.
• Demonstrates a positive work attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 20 kilograms.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
