Store Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

As the Store Warehouse Supervisor, you will significantly contribute to the store’s success by ensuring smooth warehouse operations that support sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions including shipping, handling, dispatch, parts management, and delivery coordination.
• Manage the activities of the shipping and receiving department along with material handlers and delivery teams.
• Ensure efficient processing and proper handling of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Handle customer returns by appropriately processing and issuing credit notes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a related warehouse role, including at least one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with delivery management software.

The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division primarily supports the trucking, construction, mining, and forestry sectors. It stands as the nation's largest network with over 100 heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 distribution centers, 100+ repair centers, and 3 specialized parts distribution centers nationwide.
