About the Role
Bee Busy GmbH, operating under the Dunkin' brand, is looking for store team members to join its locations in a full-time or part-time capacity. The role is centered on helping build the Dunkin' Donuts presence and shaping each store into a go-to destination for donuts and coffee. Dunkin' Donuts is an established American coffee and bakery chain with more than 11,000 outlets across 40 countries.
What You'll Do
- Prepare a range of hot and cold beverages in line with company standards.
- Support guests with product guidance and sales conversations at the counter.
- Recommend, sell, and assemble the full product range, including donuts, baked goods, coffee drinks, iced beverages, soft drinks, merchandise, and more, while ensuring a strong guest experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle billing accurately.
- Carry out opening and closing tasks, complete cash reconciliation, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work equipment.

- Experience in system catering or retail, along with genuine enjoyment in working with people.
- An open, proactive personality with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A strong commitment to product quality and service standards.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Basic English knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
