Role Overview
We invite team players interested in a flexible work setting that could reshape retail. We are currently hiring full-time grocery store employees (40 hours weekly) to join our Wolt Market team in Novi Sad.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving orders through the Merchant app promptly.
- Efficiently picking and packing groceries within short time frames.
- Timely and accurate handover of groceries to customers and couriers.
- Unloading deliveries from suppliers, managing pallets, and organizing storage.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
Candidate Profile
- Proactive attitude with ability to quickly learn new skills and handle multitasking.
- Flexibility regarding shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as stores operate daily from 08:00 to 00:00.
- Prior experience in retail or warehouse settings is advantageous.
