Overview
We are looking for a Kitchen Steward to support the smooth running of kitchen operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, supporting efficient service, and upholding the hygiene standards expected by the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep food preparation areas, storage spaces, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen tools, nearby corridors, holding areas, and operating equipment clean and orderly.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Follow the assigned duty roster and work according to shift schedules.
- Carry out stewarding duties exactly as instructed.
Required Competencies
- Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work conditions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Working awareness of EHS practices.
- Careful attention to detail.
Standards and Work Expectations
