The primary responsibility involves collaborating closely with unit managers to deliver exceptional staffing services that effectively address both immediate and future scheduling demands.

Work Schedule
The position involves shift rotations, including day and evening shifts. Typical working hours range from 05:00 to 13:00 and 13:00 to 21:00, with a rotating schedule.
