About the Role
Rising Next Move India Private Limited is seeking dedicated GNM Nurses to join SPM Nursing College in Kanpur. This role involves delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients, maintaining proper documentation, and working closely with medical professionals to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Monitor patient health and keep detailed medical records.
- Administer prescribed medications and support doctors during treatments and procedures.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations and clinical procedures.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards within the healthcare environment.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, patients, and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive care.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification, which is mandatory.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with experience (minimum one year preferred).
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit compassion, responsibility, and a strong patient-oriented attitude.
- Capable of working cohesively within a team and managing nursing responsibilities efficiently.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
