Staff Nurse - Endoscopy

About the Role

Join a small, dedicated team at Hillingdon Hospital specializing in diagnostic endoscopy procedures performed on an outpatient day case basis, operating Monday through Friday. Candidates with prior endoscopy experience are preferred, though specialized training will be provided as necessary. This role involves the delivery of patient-centered, multidisciplinary nursing care to ensure smooth, efficient endoscopic procedural lists.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Lead and manage the department in the absence of the senior nurse.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior nursing staff, healthcare assistants, and learners.
