About the Role and Company

Fusion Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Staff Nurse to bolster our healthcare team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role entails delivering exceptional patient care, accurately documenting medical records, and facilitating smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients following doctors' instructions.
• Closely monitor vital signs and general patient conditions.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as required.
• Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Operate hospital computer systems for patient registration and record management.
• Maintain strict infection control and hygiene protocols.
• Provide patient and family education on treatments and follow-up care.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any medical emergencies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing.
• Valid registration with the Nursing Council is essential.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and electronic data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced nurses.
• Responsible, compassionate, and capable of independent work.
