Role Overview

YES BANK is seeking a Sourcing Partner to support and strengthen HR operations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition, people management, policy adherence, employee engagement, and HR process execution in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support the HR team, ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently while encouraging professional development.
• Work closely with internal teams to align people practices with wider business goals.
• Manage external service providers involved in hiring, training, and other HR-related functions.
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for different positions, with an emphasis on quality and timely closures.
• Plan and run engagement initiatives that help build a healthy and positive workplace environment.
• Oversee appraisal processes, objective setting, and performance improvement planning.
• Maintain compliance with labour regulations and internal policies, and revise HR policies when required.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
• Compile and review HR reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Resolve employee concerns and support constructive workplace relations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Hands-on familiarity with HRMS platforms and MS Office is needed.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced setting is important.
