Role Overview
The Solution Intelligence Analyst II acts as a critical contributor on consulting and analytics project workstreams. Key responsibilities include supporting hypothesis development, engaging with client teams, gathering data, conducting robust analyses, and assisting with solution design and implementation strategies. Analysts are skilled at unraveling complex problems and delivering insightful, high-quality analyses under guidance from project leadership. They leverage advanced big-data tools (such as SQL, SAS, Python, R) to manage detailed transactional and customer data effectively.
The role requires working closely with data scientists on AI and machine learning initiatives and collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hypothesis formulation and analytical tasks within consulting projects
- Engage with client teams to acquire and understand relevant data
- Perform comprehensive data analysis using big data tools
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data exploration
- Co-develop AI/ML models with data science teams
- Collaborate with UI/UX professionals on design requirements for analytics products
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a recognized premier academic institution with outstanding academic performance
- At least 4 years of professional industry experience
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and one or more big data analytical languages such as SQL, Hive, SAS, Python/PySpark, or R
- Strong analytical and problem structuring skills capable of delivering high-quality and actionable insights
- Proven ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams including business, finance, analytics, and technology
- Aptitude for thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Willingness and capability to operate within an international context, working with global clients and teams
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in professional services, banking, insurance, or financial institutions
- Flexibility and interest in business travel
- Knowledge of statistical methods and experience building AI and machine learning models
- Interest and experience guiding UI/UX design for visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or app development
