Overview
This contract position as a Software Engineer focuses on developing and customizing interactive eLearning courses, primarily using Lectora and Articulate Storyline tools. The role is based in Gurugram with options for remote or office work, and requires experience in eLearning course development and LMS integration.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and modify eLearning content using Lectora and Articulate Storyline platforms.
- Apply advanced customizations through JavaScript and jQuery implementations.
- Manage publishing processes and enhance output quality of courses.
- Ensure compliance and compatibility with SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 standards.
- Use browser developer tools such as Chrome DevTools and Edge to diagnose and fix issues.
- Deliver precise, high-quality learning solutions that meet exacting standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accurately gather requirements and execute effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year and up to 5 years of relevant eLearning development experience.
- Proficiency in Lectora and strong mandatory expertise in Articulate Storyline.
- Sound knowledge of SCORM standards (1.2 and 2004).
- Skilled in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 for enhancing interactive content.
- Experience with LMS integration and debugging course functionalities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to debug technical issues independently.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
