About the Role

Twyford International is seeking a dedicated Social Media Specialist to join our MICASO Project in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role involves overseeing the management and growth of the company's social media presence, with a focus on engaging the local audience through thoughtful content planning aligned with regional architectural and housing styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company’s social media profiles.
• Create and develop content that connects with the local community, incorporating traditional and contemporary regional architectural aesthetics and housing preferences.
• Utilize basic video shooting and editing capabilities to craft engaging, high-quality videos that highlight various tile application scenarios.
• Employ social media tools to identify, capture, and maintain potential customer leads effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within building materials, home furnishings, or real estate sectors.
• Skillful in capturing and editing short videos primarily using mobile phone technology.
• Fluency in English language.
• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Videography, or related fields.
