Role Overview
Alluring Monks Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager who can start right away and thrive in a fast-moving agency setting. The position calls for someone who is comfortable juggling several brands at once, while still delivering consistent quality, meeting deadlines, and keeping communication smooth.
This is a remote role based in Kochi, Kerala, and the workweek runs from Monday to Saturday. Immediate joining is preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the complete social media workflow for multiple client brands.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with the wider team.
- Work closely with designers, editors, and content contributors to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
- Handle daily posting, writing captions, and executing content plans.
- Support organic growth by improving engagement, reach, and follower growth through strategic planning.
- Manage client communication, status updates, approvals, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, performance summaries, and monthly insights for clients.
- Track trends, competitor activity, and platform updates on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all accounts and platforms.
- Assist with campaign execution and related marketing coordination as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a marketing agency is required.
- Hands-on experience managing 6 to 7 client accounts at the same time.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media operations.
- Practical experience in content planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ability to build engagement and support audience growth through content strategy.
- Comfortable managing client approvals, communication, and follow-ups professionally.
- Good understanding of trends, hooks, content formats, and platform behavior.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and team collaboration.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing coordination is a plus.
Compensation
The expected pay is around ₹30,000 per month, subject to the candidate’s experience and overall fit.
