About the Role
Itqan International School in Accra seeks a dynamic and passionate Social Media Manager to oversee and expand the school's digital presence. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about digital communication, content creation, and enhancing brand visibility within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of Itqan International School's social media platforms.
- Create compelling posts, captions, and visual content to engage the school community.
- Highlight school activities, achievements, admissions, and upcoming events through digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics and respond to online interactions professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate closely with school management to ensure content aligns with the institution's values and vision.
- Assist with photography, video production, and basic graphic design tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience managing social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or similar platforms.
- Basic proficiency with Canva, graphic design tools, photography, or video editing is a plus.
- Demonstrated creativity, organizational skills, and ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Genuine interest in education and school branding enhances suitability.
