Internship Responsibilities

• Generate innovative content concepts aimed at attracting ideal creators to Statusphere.
• Develop and design engaging Instagram Story content and recurring series.
• Create both static and video content supporting creator acquisition and delivering value to creators.
• Interact organically with Statusphere’s creator community on social media to increase engagement and retention.
• Engage with relevant content on platforms such as TikTok's FYP and Instagram Reels to enhance brand visibility and connect with target creators.
• Assist in identifying suitable creators within the network for Statusphere campaigns to boost referral applications.
• Collect and archive user-generated content featuring Statusphere from social platforms.
• Compose captions for scheduled posts incorporating SEO keywords and maintaining brand tone.
• Support preparation of monthly social media performance reports.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Work Schedule

Availability for up to 20 hours per week across two days.

Experience & Skills

• Background in social media content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram platforms and creator engagement tools.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut or equivalents.
• Experience designing with Canva or similar graphic tools.

Educational Requirements

• Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing degrees in Social Media, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
• Preferred candidates are rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors with a passion for social media strategy, content creation, digital storytelling, and community engagement online.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position without special physical requirements.

• Keen eye for design and branding with experience creating visually appealing, brand-consistent social media assets.

• Collaborative mindset open to supporting team members and adapting to changing priorities.
• Excellent written communication for clear, concise messaging and professional interaction with creators and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with reliability to complete assignments independently and responsibly.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $17 to $20, determined by education, experience, training, skills, certifications, market conditions, and fairness.
