Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. This role supports the resort's digital footprint, enhancing the online guest experience by delivering engaging, creative, and cohesive content across all social platforms. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will ensure all digital interactions reflect the brand's identity and provide a consistent, guest-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the resort's social media channels related to dining and wellness.
  • Coordinate or capture onsite photo and video content showcasing authentic guest experiences.
  • Manage influencer partnerships including requests and content coordination.
  • Develop and brainstorm innovative campaign ideas highlighting unique resort offerings.
  • Monitor social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to track engagement.
  • Analyze campaign and influencer collaboration analytics to measure success.
  • Understand the brand, product goals, and customer expectations to align social content accordingly.
  • Engage actively with customers by responding to inquiries and promoting sales/service.
  • Provide management with suggestions to enhance guest experience through social platforms and internal processes.

  • Manage influencer content delivery schedules and ensure alignment with brand identity.

  • Help organize social media contests, giveaways, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset library including photos, videos, and creatives.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants will bring 2 to 3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator within upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotel environments. Strong interpersonal and social skills are essential. A Marketing degree is required, along with excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Experience working in the Middle East or GCC region is considered a plus.
