Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to operate on-site in Dubai. The primary responsibility is to strategize, develop, and share compelling social media content that highlights Carzilla Auto Service’s luxury vehicle offerings. Daily duties include managing content schedules, crafting engaging captions and posts, organizing multimedia assets from within the workshop, and engaging with audience interactions. The role demands close cooperation with service advisors and mechanics to promote service options, special deals, and customer experiences, maintaining brand integrity and a polished digital image. Additionally, the position involves analyzing performance data, assisting with digital marketing initiatives, and recommending enhancements to boost engagement and lead capture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in creating and marketing social media tailored to the luxury automotive sector.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, capable of delivering clear and brand-consistent messages.
- Understanding of foundational digital marketing principles including analytics, targeting, and campaign refinement.
- Experience with key social media networks such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, along with familiarity with social media management tools.
- Capability to perform onsite teamwork in a dynamic, fast-moving environment whilst handling varied responsibilities.
- Keen eye for detail, creativity, and visual sensibility fitting luxury automotive content presentation.
- Previous experience in automotive, luxury brands, or service-oriented roles is favorable.
- Educational background preferably includes a diploma or bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related disciplines.
