Role Overview

The Sneaker Maker role focuses on personalized co-creation services that transform Golden Goose products into unique items reflecting customer identity and preferences. Beyond producing custom sneakers, this position aims to build meaningful connections with clients by providing a personalized, empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create bespoke Golden Goose products alongside clients using diverse drawing and illustration methods.
• Lead clients through a distinctive co-creation journey while embodying the brand's values and storytelling in-store.
• Actively contribute to sales targets via cross-selling and up-selling strategies; additionally support pre-sale and post-sale tasks such as inventory control and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Register customers accurately on the Golden App to enable effective segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation station in alignment with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory oversight, and ensuring compliance with GDPR as well as health and safety regulations.
• Leverage digital and IT resources like Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to optimize processes and customer engagement.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous in support of diversity and inclusion.
• Preferred prior experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and good management of time.
• Artistic proficiency including hand-drawing (markers, watercolor, acrylic), as well as basic embroidery and sewing skills.
• Strong empathy, communication, interpersonal skills, and a cooperative approach.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving demands of the business and customer needs.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma, with preference for backgrounds in design.
