Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and independent subcontractors and workers who deliver quality workmanship without supervision. Candidates who frequently receive callbacks or provide substandard work need not apply, as payment is contingent on job quality and completion.
Trades Required
- Tapers
- Finish Carpenters
- Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbers
- Apprentice or Journeyman Electricians
Additionally, we require skilled workers experienced in both interior and exterior renovations, with a minimum of five years' experience preferred. There is also demand for Hardscaping, Grading, and Landscaping workers for summer projects.
Requirements
- Must possess a vehicle with adequate space for transporting some tools.
- Subcontractors must provide Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) clearance, liability insurance, and a business profile.
- Workers must submit a cover letter including a brief personal description, resume, contact details, and age.
- Applications missing any of these components will not be accepted.
Additional Information
Quality and professionalism are paramount; poor workmanship will result in withholding of payment. We expect candidates to operate independently and efficiently without needing supervision or repeated callbacks.
