Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in client engagement during site visits, manage on-site activities, and liaise with both clients and the internal sales team. A strong focus on maintaining site standards, safety, and record-keeping is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and assist with client visits to the property site, providing comprehensive tours and informed explanations of project features and benefits.
• Present the available plots, emphasizing amenities and the unique advantages of the location.
• Ensure that the property site remains orderly, secure, and visually appealing at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales department to coordinate and schedule client visits efficiently.
• Accurately document all client visits and maintain logs of on-site activities.
• Oversee daily operations of the on-site team, ensuring effective task management and workflow.
• Promptly report any on-site concerns, maintenance necessities, and gather client feedback for management review.
• Make certain that signage is appropriately displayed, plots are clearly marked, and that essential site infrastructure is well-maintained.
