Role Overview

The Site Manager role is critical for ensuring effective ground-level management and execution of construction projects. This position requires a leader capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders, maintaining operational excellence, and guaranteeing delivery quality within dynamic construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, timely, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.
• Coordinate efforts between contractors, consultants, and internal teams to synchronize site operations.
• Track construction progress relative to project milestones and monitor overall site performance.
• Identify potential risks or issues on-site and implement solutions to maintain smooth workflows.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and promote best practices for safe working conditions.
• Compile comprehensive site reports and routinely update senior management on project statuses.
• Drive efficient project delivery by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience overseeing large-scale infrastructure and real estate construction projects.
• Proven expertise in project controls, quality assurance/quality control, or health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with diverse contractors, consultants, and internal teams; equipped with clear communication skills for senior management reporting.
• Possession of PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic at a business professional level.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project reporting and control software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Saudi construction codes, standards, and regulatory approvals is preferred.
