Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations in Sunkadakatte, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience and hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. This role involves working within the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow on site.
• Oversee project progress, enforce quality standards, and maintain safety compliance.
• Prepare and update site documentation including daily progress and material consumption reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, tools, and manpower required for project execution.
• Address and resolve technical issues at the site, supporting project engineers and managers as needed.
• Ensure project completion within stipulated timelines and budget limits.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies on site.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, interpretation of drawings, and practical site execution.
• Basic knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), measurements, and billing processes.
• Strong coordination abilities to work with multiple teams.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from INR 22,000 to INR 25,000 monthly.
