About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Showroom Consultants (Sales Associates) to join our team across various locations in Chennai. Priority hiring is focused on several key areas including Porur, Valasaravakam, Virugambakkam, Vadapalani, Koyembedu, Maduravoyal, Poonamallee, Kattupakkam, Alapakkam, Ramapuram, Kundrathur, Iyyappanthangal, and Mugalivakam.
Work Schedule
This position involves rotational shifts and rotating weekly days off to accommodate store hours and customer needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Clearly communicate features of the products and details about membership schemes.
- Address customer inquiries effectively and offer appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage ongoing business.
- Support overall sales efforts and day-to-day showroom operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 12th grade or hold any degree.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Good communication abilities.
- Well-presented with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is between 15,500 and 28,000 INR per month.
