Role Overview

As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing and configuring Shopify Plus storefronts for numerous brands and markets. This includes setting up applications, customizing themes, managing checkout processes, and enhancing storefront functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Shopify Plus stores spanning various brands and regions.
• Configure and maintain apps, theme elements, checkout settings, and other storefront features.
• Diagnose and resolve Shopify-related issues such as order management, inventory display, payment processing, and customer account handling.
• Oversee the daily management and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across different locations.
• Support warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and returns handling.
• Troubleshoot WMS challenges impacting order fulfillment and stock management.
• Facilitate smooth data integration and coordination between Shopify, WMS, and ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of direct experience with Shopify Plus, including administrative tasks, app management, and configuration.
• Proven expertise in using prominent Warehouse Management Systems aligned with e-commerce and fulfillment processes across multiple brands and regions.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce order workflows and warehouse fulfillment operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across two distinct management systems.
• Experience within fashion, apparel, or multi-brand retail sectors is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central or equivalent, is preferred.
