Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you serve as the central figure coordinating the team on the floor. Your responsibilities span ensuring excellent hospitality, providing team coaching, handling scheduling, and managing unexpected challenges. Your optimistic attitude helps foster a pleasant environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the daily activities of the team on the floor.
• Maintain and oversee the quality of service and guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and support staff members.
• Participate actively in serving customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for guests and coworkers.
• Contribute to enhancing work processes and operational improvements.
• Ensure the work environment remains clean, orderly, and safe.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or a similar role.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for guest hospitality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to prioritize effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
• Available to work during weekends and holidays.
• Responsible, dependable, and carries a positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits
