Job Overview and Duties
This role requires handling visitor reception including welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, and directing visitors to appropriate personnel, departments, or meeting locations. The individual must also ensure that reception and communal areas remain orderly and clean at all times. Efficiently managing incoming calls by connecting and redirecting them to the correct departments or stakeholders is essential, alongside addressing any queries that may arise.
Supporting the Human Resources team through onboarding and exit procedures is part of the responsibilities, as well as performing general clerical tasks such as document copying and meeting room bookings. Handling mail delivery and distribution to relevant parties promptly and accurately is required. Additionally, arranging airport pickups for designated individuals and maintaining office supplies including stationery and equipment fall within the scope of this position.
Requirements
- Possession of a diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a field that is relevant
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
