Role Overview
Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to deliver outstanding service to residents and support the smooth operation of a residential apartment community in the Greater Albany, Georgia area.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance issues spanning HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry work.
- Perform regular grounds maintenance including upkeep, painting, trash disposal, and unit touch-ups to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality.
- Utilize software tools and mobile applications to efficiently handle and track work orders.
Candidate Profile
- Possess practical hands-on experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in work performance.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds safely.
- Comfortable navigating technology platforms related to work management.
