Enertech is one of India's top UPS manufacturers, also supplying battery chargers in Pune along with solar products such as string combiner boxes, solar chargers, and lift UPS systems.
Position Summary
Enertech UPS is looking to hire Service Engineers specialized in Solar UPS products. This role involves installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of solar hybrid inverters and UPS equipment across multiple regions in India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Install and commission solar hybrid inverters, battery storage systems, static frequency converters, and online UPS units.
- Conduct on-site servicing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Offer both remote and field technical support to customers and partners.
- Ensure proper system configuration and testing prior to handover.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation; escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
- Provide training sessions and product demonstrations to customers and technicians.
- Liaise with Research & Development and Quality Assurance teams to provide feedback for product improvements.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Solid understanding of solar hybrid systems, DC/AC systems, and battery technologies including LFP, Li-ion, and Lead-acid batteries.
- Practical experience working with IGBT-based inverters, UPS units, and energy storage solutions.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel for on-site support roles.
- Basic awareness of electrical safety protocols and standards.
- Good communication proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language applicable to the job location.
Eligibility and Qualification
Applicants should have completed 12th grade, ITI, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in electronics or electrical engineering fields.
