Service Delivery Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for a growing technology firm with responsibilities spanning across Dublin and Galway. This leadership role involves overseeing technical and operational service delivery, ensuring high standards, and leading multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive service delivery managing technical and operational teams.
• Supervise and mentor teams located in both Dublin and Galway.
• Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational reports.
• Promote continuous process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
• Manage technical support, installation tasks, device configurations, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues to preserve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in service delivery, operations, or technical service management roles.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Successful history of implementing process improvements, SOPs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, devices, and support environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client service capabilities.
• Valid full Irish driving license is mandatory.
• Willing and able to travel frequently between Dublin and Galway offices as well as client sites when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of €70,000 to €75,000 depending on experience.
• Provision of a company car.
• Hybrid working arrangement requiring at least two days weekly presence in Dublin and one day weekly attendance in Galway offices.
