SEO & IT Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable SEO & IT Support Specialist to become part of our team. The successful candidate will enhance our website's search engine visibility while offering ongoing IT assistance to office personnel. This position merges expertise in digital marketing with practical IT support duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings.
• Perform keyword research and analyze competitors to guide SEO efforts.
• Enhance website content, meta titles, descriptions, and landing pages for SEO effectiveness.
• Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Develop quality backlinks to improve search positioning.
• Compile monthly SEO performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Deliver daily IT support to office users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint configurations.
• Manage email account setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with printer, scanner, network connectivity, user account, and IT asset management tasks.
• Provide basic networking support including LAN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in SEO and website optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft productivity tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for IT hardware and software challenges.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP.
• Strong communication abilities and capability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Preferred: WordPress or CMS platform experience, basic HTML/CSS skills, SEO certifications are a plus.

• Location: Near World Trade Center Metro Station, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite position.
• Salary Range: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
