Senior Tender Executive

About the Role

Jai Deva Oil Co. is seeking a skilled Senior Tender Executive experienced in handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) processes. The role involves managing the entire tender lifecycle to guarantee the punctual submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source relevant tenders via the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms.
• Compile, prepare, and submit tender documents adhering to strict deadlines.
• Manage bid participations, conduct reverse auctions, and handle order processing on GeM.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to assemble both technical and commercial documents.
• Maintain thorough records of tenders, contracts, and associated paperwork.
• Ensure that all tender requirements and internal policies are met consistently.
• Engage and visit government departments and clients to address tender-related inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in tender management roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Government e-Marketplace portal is essential.
• Understanding of government procurement procedures and related documentation standards.
• Good command of MS Office tools, including Excel and Word, along with professional email communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with developing and applying L1 comparative statements for direct orders.

Preferred Sectors

Experience in industries such as lubricants, automotive, manufacturing, industrial products, or related sectors is advantageous.

Compensation

The monthly salary package ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
