Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide a group of developers in building robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using Spring Boot, React.js, and Java technologies. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, offer expert technical advice, and ensure the delivery of projects within timelines. Responsibilities include promoting best coding and architectural practices, performing code reviews, optimizing application performance, and resolving technical issues as they arise. Candidate Profile and Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge in Spring Boot framework for building and deploying enterprise-level applications.
- Proficient in front-end development using React.js, including managing state and designing component structures.
- Strong expertise in Java programming for backend services and database integration.
- Firm grasp of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Proven leadership capabilities to manage technical teams, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
