Role Overview
As part of strategic growth, Apleona is seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to steer and advance the company's strategic agenda, emphasizing specific regions in Germany. Focus areas may include Commercial Excellence, value chain depth, performance and profitability enhancement, as well as M&A activities. The role requires strategic thinkers who are also adept at execution.
Responsibilities
- Advance core topics within Apleona's strategic agenda focusing on growth and profitability improvements.
- Develop concepts and perform continuous performance management to support robust organic growth.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional strategy team spanning regions and business units.
- Execute necessary analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop milestone plans.
- Participate in selecting M&A targets and support M&A processes.
- Serve as a strategic sparring partner for top management, including the Management Board, business unit leaders, and subsidiary managing directors.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in strategy consulting or a related field.
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual capabilities combined with proactive, strategic, and innovative thinking.
- Proven track record in executing strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging with top management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PowerBI and similar tools is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for hands-on involvement and a passion for genuine transformation and effective performance management.
