Role Overview

As a Senior Strategist based in Sydney, you will contribute significantly to crafting insightful and effective strategies that address business challenges and stimulate growth opportunities. You will work alongside senior strategy leads, business management, and creative teams to lead selected strategic streams, foster integrated campaigns, and support broader brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide incisive strategic insight for integrated marketing campaigns and brand experiences, enhancing creative output.
• Lead strategy autonomously on specific project areas while assisting larger brand and portfolio-wide efforts.
• Develop strong relationships by delivering strategic solutions that drive brand and business growth.
• Design clear communication, brand, and channel strategies spanning digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
• Translate research, data, and cultural insights into compelling strategic narratives and briefs.
• Collaborate with creative and business teams through workshops, presentations, and new business development when required.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within creative agencies or consultancies.
• Solid expertise in brand, creative, and communications strategy across integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in insight development, brief composition, storytelling, and confident senior-level presentations.
• Capability to analyze quantitative, social, behavioral, brand, or performance research and convert findings into actionable strategic guidance.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset comfortable with questioning briefs and shaping strategic direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
