Senior Security Engineer

About the Role

Join Takamol Holding as a Senior Security Engineer focused on advancing the security of cloud platforms and modern security engineering methodologies. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and enhance enterprise-grade secure cloud infrastructures, emphasizing Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust models.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments and foundational landing zones.
• Lead initiatives to maintain cloud security posture and ensure configuration compliance.
• Develop cloud security policies, standards, and reference architectures.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security controls to automate and enforce security measures.
• Design and maintain Zero Trust network frameworks, micro-segmentation strategies, and cloud-native secure access solutions.
• Oversee Kubernetes security architecture and governance processes.
• Build secure DevSecOps pipelines integrating automated security checks throughout software development.
• Design enterprise-level authentication and authorization using Keycloak and manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault.
• Collaborate extensively with engineering, platform, and infrastructure divisions to integrate security at all product development stages.
• Lead security investigations, conduct thorough security assessments for major platform releases, and drive ongoing security enhancements.

Qualifications and Expertise

• A minimum of 4 to 7 years experience in Cybersecurity Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Palo Alto NGFW, F5 BIG-IP (LTM/WAF), Kubernetes Security, GitLab DevSecOps, Keycloak IAM, HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, and Pulumi.
• Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Policy-as-Code frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native security tools such as Istio, Falco, Kubernetes RBAC, Network Policies, Admission Controllers, Pod Security Controls, mTLS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Security, SAST, DAST, SCA, Secrets Detection, and Automated Security Quality Gates is highly preferred.
• Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, PCNSE, OCI Security Professional, CKS, HashiCorp Vault Associate, and Terraform Associate are advantageous.
