Job Responsibilities
- Respond effectively to inbound customer calls, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
- Utilize strong communication skills to establish and maintain robust client relationships.
- Recognize potential sales prospects and leverage persuasive selling methods to close deals successfully.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets with consistency, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
Additional Details
Work Mode: On-site at Bangalore office.
Incentives: Monthly performance bonuses ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
Benefits: Includes medical insurance coverage up to ₹1,00,000, regular promotions and salary increments every three months, as well as spot awards and vouchers.
