Role overview
Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager focused on wealth management in Nagpur. The role centers on handling high net worth individual (HNI) clients, tailoring investment solutions, and supporting revenue growth through relationship-led sales.
What you will do
- Oversee HNI client portfolios and recommend personalized investment plans aligned with each client’s financial objectives.
- Spot opportunities to cross-sell and upsell third-party products to the existing client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI customers to improve retention and help increase sales revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute portfolio management plans smoothly.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 8 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or related areas such as mutual fund sales.
- Experience or certification in NISM is relevant for this role.
- Ability to win new HNI clients through strong relationship management.
- Good knowledge of IRDA regulations related to insurance business practices.
- Clear and effective communication skills for client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.

This is a wealth-focused client relationship role based in Nagpur. The compensation stated for this opportunity is INR 3,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
