Overview

Tesla's EMEA recruiting division, based in Berlin, is searching for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for a wide range of technical teams—from software development to vehicle engineering. This critical position involves recruiting expert talent across multiple job families and specializations to support some of Tesla's most vital and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand and assess talent needs, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and managing the complete hiring cycle for critical technical vacancies.
• Develop and oversee realistic recruitment timelines, proactively recognizing risks, and deploying solutions to maintain efficient and effective hiring processes.
• Utilize data analytics to analyze candidate pipelines, track performance metrics, interpret talent market trends, and generate detailed weekly reports for management and stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active high-caliber candidates throughout the EMEA region, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
• Conduct thorough behavioral interviews and phone screenings to deeply evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for Tesla's fast-moving and mission-centric environment.
• Assist hiring managers in designing structured interview processes, including panel setups, evaluation standards, and ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Lead strategic initiatives to elevate the recruiting team's capabilities and provide flexible support for urgent hiring demands across functions as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top engineering talent, preferably with background in the automotive or related advanced technology sectors.
• Proven skills managing partnerships with hiring teams and business stakeholders, leading in-depth talent assessments, and crafting effective recruitment strategies.
