About the Company
A well-funded fintech startup at Series A stage is looking for a senior product leader to take charge of the payments and liquidity layer that powers its financial operations infrastructure.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership position where you will guide product direction across payment rails, connectors, foreign exchange, and internal liquidity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the payments roadmap across domestic and international rails, SWIFT, and payment methods, including what should be built and in what sequence.
- Own the end-to-end payment journey, covering initiation, approvals, beneficiary setup, reconciliation, and exception resolution.
- Shape internal liquidity strategy, including pre-funding, nostro balance management, settlement timing, and reducing idle trapped cash.
- Manage the connector lifecycle from initial scoping and onboarding through to ongoing health and performance monitoring.
- Develop product messaging and customer-facing materials related to payments and liquidity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing payments products at a fintech, payment processor, bank, or PSP.
- Strong understanding of payment rails, clearing and settlement, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and foreign exchange.
- Ability to speak credibly with treasury teams about liquidity and funding mechanisms.
- Comfort in technical discussions, even without hands-on coding work.
- Strong bias toward delivering shipped product outcomes rather than heavy process.
Bonus Experience
Additional value will be given to candidates with experience in treasury, B2B cross-border payments, ERP or open banking integrations, or exposure to stablecoin-based rails.

This role is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite position.
