Senior Planning Engineer

Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves preparing, reviewing, and assessing project schedules using Primavera P6. The engineer will analyze cash flows including Cash In / Cash Out for projects and create regular reports along with executive dashboards for senior management review. Monitoring project timelines, analyzing deviations, and developing recovery plans are key duties. The candidate will lead and direct planning engineer teams, improving work methodologies, and coordinate closely with project departments, the technical office, and cost control management to ensure execution plans are fully integrated. Additionally, preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards using Power BI is required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in planning within contracting companies
• Demonstrated experience in skyscraper and hotel projects
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and cash flow analysis
• Good knowledge of sequencing and linking construction, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works within scheduling software
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and team management abilities
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
