ERP.Contractors delivers on-demand ERP experts proficient in Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft platforms. Their specialty lies in bridging execution gaps for ERP initiatives by swiftly deploying pre-screened specialists, typically within two to three days. Services include fast expert engagement, rescuing troubled projects, seamless upgrade execution, and comprehensive post-go-live support. Their clientele includes enterprises, system integrators, and ERP program leaders seeking flexible and results-driven consulting solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned Oracle Cloud Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to a prominent digital transformation effort in Saudi Arabia. Available SME areas include Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional authority and trusted advisor for Oracle Cloud deployment projects.
- Lead solution design alongside business process reengineering and best practice advisement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and define target business processes.
- Manage end-to-end activities such as implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization tasks.
- Provide strategic insight during workshops, solution reviews, user acceptance testing, and production support phases.
- Guide and mentor junior functional consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Experience and Skills
- Over 12 years of consulting experience with Oracle ERP and HCM systems.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in at least one Oracle Cloud domain: Financials, SCM, or HCM.
- Proven record of multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong consulting aptitude with effective stakeholder relationship and client engagement skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, with presentation capabilities.
- Prior involvement in large-scale enterprise or government transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the GCC or broader Middle East region is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
- Oracle Cloud Certified Professional credentials relevant to the specific Oracle Cloud module.
