About the Role
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in quantity surveying and contract management, specifically within high-end residential projects. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage quantity surveying and contractual activities for residential construction projects.
- Develop and review detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost control.
- Utilize CAD tools to assist in project planning and estimation.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite for documentation and reporting.
Additional Information
This role requires strong estimating skills and a solid understanding of contract administration to support the successful delivery of projects for the Bangalore office.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between INR 75,000 to 90,000.
