Key Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation and execution of HSE strategies and ensure compliance across large-scale social infrastructure projects.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and risk evaluations to maintain safe operational practices.
• Create, implement, and uphold HSE policies, procedures, and safety incident prevention plans.
• Work in partnership with project teams to address safety challenges and elevate overall performance standards.
• Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and generate comprehensive HSE reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, or a related field.
• Have over 15 years of leadership experience in HSE management within large infrastructure developments, including mixed-use projects.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE laws and international safety norms.
• Proven expertise in leading safety audits, conducting incident investigations, and implementing corrective measures.
• Experienced in engaging with senior project executives, client representatives, regulatory bodies, and other top-tier stakeholders.
• Familiarity with incident and audit reporting software such as Enablon, Intelex, EcoOnline, or advanced Excel tools is advantageous.
• Preferred to hold a professional HSE certification like NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent credential.
