Job Overview

This leadership position encompasses overseeing health, safety, and environmental performance for major social infrastructure programs. The role aims to enhance safe working conditions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture in multifaceted construction settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the formulation and execution of HSE strategies and ensure compliance across large-scale social infrastructure projects.
- Perform site inspections, audits, and risk evaluations to maintain safe operational practices.
- Create, implement, and uphold HSE policies, procedures, and safety incident prevention plans.
- Work in partnership with project teams to address safety challenges and elevate overall performance standards.
- Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and generate comprehensive HSE reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, or a related field.
- Have over 15 years of leadership experience in HSE management within large infrastructure developments, including mixed-use projects.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE laws and international safety norms.
- Proven expertise in leading safety audits, conducting incident investigations, and implementing corrective measures.
- Experienced in engaging with senior project executives, client representatives, regulatory bodies, and other top-tier stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident and audit reporting software such as Enablon, Intelex, EcoOnline, or advanced Excel tools is advantageous.
- Preferred to hold a professional HSE certification like NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent credential.
