Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

This Senior Graphic Designer position is a full-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring on-site presence. The individual will spearhead the development and enhancement of visual concepts supporting branding, marketing initiatives, and corporate communication across both print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day duties include crafting design layouts, producing logos and brand identity elements, choosing typography that complements brand messaging, and delivering print-ready production files. The designer will work closely with marketing, product teams, and leadership to interpret project briefs, propose design alternatives, and ensure the consistency of branding throughout all outputs.

The role also entails mentoring junior designers, upholding design quality standards, and managing several concurrent projects from initial concepts through to completed deliverables within set deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess expertise in graphic design demonstrated by a professional portfolio of high-quality work. Proficiency in logo design and brand identity development, including the creation of brand guidelines, is essential. Strong typography skills are important for enhancing legibility and brand personality.

Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and familiarity with tools like Figma is required. Candidates typically have over five years of relevant experience in agency or in-house branding settings. The ability to think conceptually, pay close attention to detail, and translate ideas into visually engaging solutions is critical.

Effective communication skills and the ability to justify design choices to various stakeholders are necessary. Candidates should be capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
