Role Overview

The organization is looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer in Pune to build advanced AI solutions and help bring them into real-world business systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, fine-tune, and roll out generative AI solutions using tools and techniques such as LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Python, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, semantic search, and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed generative AI capabilities into existing products and platforms.
• Write clean, reliable, production-ready code that aligns with industry expectations for scalability, speed, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Investigate and resolve problems linked to training data quality and improve resource usage to make the system more efficient.
• Keep track of the newest progress in generative AI research and use those insights to strengthen solution design.

Compensation

The pay range is INR 9,00,000 to INR 11,00,000 per year.
