Senior Executive/Executive, Learning and Development

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our programmes team and support the learning and development needs of Public Service leaders. This role involves understanding diverse learning requirements and crafting tailored interventions to enhance leadership capabilities within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify learning needs of various learner groups and develop suitable training solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including senior officials, external specialists, and human resources to understand performance challenges and co-develop timely learning programs.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives by gathering participant feedback and leveraging different data sources to drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance existing training interventions and processes by responsibly experimenting with innovative ideas.
